Transport Options

Pubic Transport

All public transport in South-East Queensland is run by TransLink.

Fares are a flat rate of 50 cents and applies to train, bus and ferry services (excluding Airtrain services). The network is cashless and payment types include the Translink go card and contactless Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit or debit cards. Read more about contactless payments here.

QUT Gardens Point campus has its own CityCat stop, and is easily accessible also by bus or train.

Cycling

Bicycle racks are available at various locations around QUT Gardens Point campus including at P Block.

Brisbane City Council has maps of bike-ways and shared pathways around the city, as well as information about bike parking and facilities, and taking your bike on public transport. Click here for more information.

Parking

There is car parking available on campus at QUT Gardens Point. A car park is also located at P Block and casual parking rates apply. For full details visit the QUT Parking Information.

Airtrain

The Airtrain provides easy access from the airport to Brisbane city centre. Discounted tickets are available if you pre-book online. For full information regarding the Airtrain, and to book tickets, visit www.airtrain.com.au
