Below you will find information for confirmed presenters for the SOAC Conference.
All presenters must be registered to present and attend the conference, including any co-presenters or panel members.
A conference PowerPoint template is available for use. It is not mandatory to use the conference template, however your slides will need to be in 16:9 format to fit the venue screen.
Presentations not provided in 16:9 format will be resized to fit the screen, and this may cause formatting issues to your presentation.
Completed presentations can be uploaded to the conference OneDrive as a .pptx file to the Event Organisers, ideally by Wednesday 3 December. If you have embedded video or image files, please also provide these as separate files.
We ask that you clearly name your presentation file as SOAC 2025 – Session Number, Presenter Name (eg SOAC 2025 - 1A, Jane Smith).
When collecting your name tag from the registration desk, please confirm with the event management team that your presentation has been received. If you have not uploaded your presentation prior to arriving at the event, please ensure you bring your presentation preloaded on a USB and provide to the team at the registration desk. It is recommended and preferred that you use a separate USB from any work or personal files.
Presenters are required to be in their session room at least 10 minutes prior to the commencement of their session to check in with their session chair.
