Accommodation in Brisbane is in high demand during the conference dates due to the England vs Australian Ashes Cricket Test match being held in Brisbane from 4-8 December and a Lady Gaga Concert on 9 December. Due to this demand, prices vary each night.

• Rates provided are available Sunday 7 December - Friday 12 December and available only if booked through your conference registration
• Accommodation is available to book until Monday 3 November (or until the hotel availability is full) Accommodation may be available to book from Tuesday 4 November however hotel availability and conference rate are not guaranteed
• To confirm an accommodation booking, full prepayment and a valid credit card guarantee for incidentals is required
