Accommodation

Accommodation is available to book from Sunday 6 June - Wednesday 9 June. If you require additional nights, please contact us and we can check availability of the conference rate for the additional nights.

Accommodation packages available to book with your registration is for 2 nights - Monday 7 and Tuesday 8 June

To book accommodation for 1 night, 2 nights of Tuesday and Wednesday, 3 nights or 4 nights, please select Full Registration / Conference Only (for attendees) or Sponsor and Exhibitor Registration (if applicable) to be able to customise your accommodation requirements.

• Rates provided below are available Sunday 6 June - Wednesday 9 June and available only if booked through your conference registration   
• Accommodation is available to book until Friday 21 May (or until the hotel selection is full)
• Accommodation may be available to book from Saturday 22 May however hotel availability and conference rate are not guaranteed
• To confirm an accommodation booking full prepayment and a valid credit card guarantee is required
• Please ensure you have read the hotel terms and conditions including cancellation policy prior to confirming a booking
  
• Accommodation rates include one full buffet breakfast
