Accommodation
Accommodation was available at Hilton Hotel Adelaide and attendees were welcomed to take advantage of the conference rates provided to ATRF attendees. Please note that these rates were only available if booked through your conference registration.
Accommodation was available to book from Tuesday 27 September to Friday 30 September. If attendees required additional nights, we checked availability of the conference rate for the additional nights.
Please note:
- Rates provided below were available only if booked through your conference registration
- Accommodation was available to book until Friday 26 August (or until the hotel selection was full)
- Accommodation bookings from Saturday 27 August were based on hotel availability and the conference rate were not guaranteed
- To confirm an accommodation booking full prepayment and a valid credit card guarantee was required
- Please ensure you have read the hotel terms and conditions including their cancellation policy prior to confirming a booking

Refresh in the modern bathroom with a separate walk-in shower before retreating to the comfort of the Hilton Serenity bed and stream your favourite movie through Chromecast.

- Full prepayment and a valid credit card guarantee was required to confirm your accommodation booking
- Provided credit card details was passed onto the hotel
- Cancellations or amendments made from Friday 26 August incured a 100% cancellation fee
- No shows were charged a 100% cancellation fee
