Nicholle is passionate about people with over 20 years’ experience as a human resources professional. Her career experience includes positions in major organisations such as Queensland Rail, Suncorp, Rio Tinto and Tourism Queensland. As the Head of Human Resources at Optus, Nicholle is responsible for developing the organisation’s people strategy and for the provision of strategic advice and support in the areas of Organisational Capability, Internal Communications, Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Safety, Health & Wellbeing and Employee Experience. A proud Queenslander, Nicholle was born and raised in Ipswich and studied at Griffith University.
