Accommodation
Accommodation is available at the conference venue and attendees are welcome to take advantage of the conference rates provided to the MESC attendees. Please note that these rates are available only if booked through your conference registration.
Accommodation is available to book from Sunday 5 November - Thursday 8 November. If you require additional nights, availability can be checked with the hotel for the conference rate.

- Accommodation is available to book until Friday 6 October (or until the hotel selection is full)
- Accommodation may be available to book after this date but availability and conference rate are not guaranteed
- To confirm an accommodation booking full prepayment and a valid credit card guarantee are required
- Please ensure you have read the hotel terms and conditions including cancellation policy prior to confirming a booking
