Accommodation is available to book from Saturday 30 May - Thursday 4 June. If you require additional nights, availability can be checked with the hotel for the conference rate

- Rates provided below are available Saturday 30 May to Thursday 4 June and available only if booked through your conference registration
- Accommodation is available to book until Friday 24 April (or until the hotel availability is full)
- Accommodation may be available to book from Saturday 25 April however hotel availability and conference rate are not guaranteed
- To confirm an accommodation booking, full prepayment and a valid credit card guarantee for incidentals is required

- No shows will be charged a 100% cancellation fee
