For 34 years, the Mine Electrical Safety Conference (MESC) in Queensland has been the premier mine electrical safety conference in Australia. Sponsorship and Exhibition booths are always in high demand which proves that the face-to-face networking with attendees has high value.
2024 will bring attendees, sponsors and exhibitors together for another year. Attendees come from mines throughout Queensland. It’s a unique environment to mix with mine Electrical Engineers, Electrical Engineer Managers (EEM), Health and Safety Operators, Electrical Superintendents and Supervisors, Site Services Managers as well as State Electrical Inspectors.

How to Book
- Access the online booking site
- Select your preferred package from the available options and provide contact and marketing information. You will receive an email with an overview of your selection
- If booking is received prior to Tuesday 19 December 2023 an invoice will be issued and payment is to be made within 7 days. Bookings received after Tuesday 19 December 2023 will receive an invoice after Monday 15 January 2024.
- Once payment is received, you will receive a booking confirmation which includes details on registration and accommodation bookings, along with a Sponsorship and/or Exhibition Manual
Information for Confirmed Sponsors & Exhibitors
Sponsor / Exhibitor Portal
A personalised link will be provided via email at end of February to the booking contact(s) to access the sponsor and/or exhibitor portal to register staff, book accommodation, provide organisation profile and logo.
Sponsor / Exhibitor Manual
A sponsor & exhibitor manual will be provided to confirmed sponsors and exhibitors in the end of February. This manual includes key information and deadlines for sponsors/exhibitors to plan their conference involvement.
To book registrations and accommodation
Registration of included staff and accommodation bookings are to be completed via the Sponsor / Exhibitor portals. As noted above, personalised login links will be provided in February.
To provide or update organisation logo or profile
Your profile and logo can be updated in the sponsor/exhibitor portal or can be emailed to mesconference@absoluteevents.com.au.
Information regarding scam emails
As a sponsor/exhibitor for the Mine Electrical Safety Conference Queensland, you may receive scam emails offering attendee lists for purchase.
Please be aware these offers are fraudulent. These scammers do not have any relationship with the Mine Electrical Safety Conference Queensland, Mine Electrical Safety Association Inc or Absolute Events & Marketing and they do NOT have the data they are attempting to sell.
All communication from the conference organisers will be sent from the Absolute Events & Marketing team via the conference email mesconference@absoluteevents.com.au.
Absolute Events & Marketing and the Mine Electrical Safety Conference do not sell attendee/registration lists, nor do we authorise any third party to distribute or sell any related lists to our event stakeholders.
Scams are getting more sophisticated, and scammers use technology to harvest emails and personal information from the internet.
If you receive an email offering to sell you a list of attendees, do not engage with the sender, block and delete the email. By responding (even with a request to unsubscribe) or forwarding the email to us (which is not necessary), it confirms to them that your email address is valid. This may increase the likelihood that you’ll be contacted again.
