Accommodation

NOTE: The conference room block has sold out and there is limited availability at the hotel.

Please email mesconference@absoluteevents.com.au with your preferred check in and check out dates, and the team will check availability with the hotel.

Accommodation was available at the conference venue and attendees were welcome to take advantage of the conference rates provided to the MESC attendees. Please note that these rates were only available if booked through your conference registration.

Accommodation is available to book from Sunday 2  June - Thursday 6 June. If you require additional nights, availability can be checked with the hotel for the conference rate

Due to demand, there are no package bookings i.e. accommodation bookings are separate to registrations.  You can still book at the same time as your registration by choosing your preferred dates

Please note:

• Rates provided below are available Sunday 2 June to Thursday 6 June and available only if booked through your conference registration
• Accommodation is available to book until Tuesday 30 April (or until the hotel availability is full)
• Accommodation may be available to book from Wednesday 1 May however hotel availability and conference rate are not guaranteed
• To confirm an accommodation booking, full prepayment and a valid credit card guarantee for incidentals is required
• Please ensure you have read the accommodation booking terms and conditions
