Venue & Transportation

The ATRF 2021 was held within D Block, QUT Gardens Point Campus.

Gardens Point campus is situated in Brisbane's city centre, alongside Parliament House, the City Botanic Gardens and the Brisbane River. The Goodwill Bridge gave attendees easy access on foot or bicycle to the cultural hub of South Bank.

Public Transport

You can travel to and from Gardens Point by bus, train, CityCat (ferry) or taxi. The campus has its own CityCat stop, and is a short walk from Central and South Bank train stations, and King George Square and Queen Street bus stations. For full information please visit translink.com.au

We recommended using the MyTransLink App, which can be downloaded from both the App Store and Google Play or by using the Journey planner on the TransLink website (www.translink.com.au).

Car Parking

Parking was available to staff, students, and the general public. All parking on campus incurred a fee.

Because parking is very limited, we encouraged you to consider alternative transport options like public transport, cycling or carpooling.

Full information regarding parking can be found on the QUT Parking information page.
