Accommodation is available to book from Sunday 1 June - Thursday 5 June. If you require additional nights, availability can be checked with the hotel for the conference rate

- Rates provided below are available Sunday 1 June to Thursday 5 June and available only if booked through your conference registration
- Accommodation is available to book until Wednesday 30 April (or until the hotel availability is full)
- Accommodation may be available to book from Thursday 1 May however hotel availability and conference rate are not guaranteed
- To confirm an accommodation booking, full prepayment and a valid credit card guarantee for incidentals is required

- Cancellations or amendments made from Tuesday 29 April will incur a 100% cancellation fee
- No shows will be charged a 100% cancellation fee
