Accommodation

Accommodation was available to book from Sunday 5 June - Wednesday 8 June. If you required additional nights,  we can checked availability of the conference rate for the additional nights.

Accommodation packages were available to book with your registration for 2 nights - Monday 6 and Tuesday 7 June

To book accommodation for 1 night, 2 nights of Tuesday and Wednesday, 3 nights or 4 nights, please select Full Registration / Conference Only (for attendees) or Sponsor and Exhibitor Included Registration (if applicable) to be able to customise your accommodation requirements.

• Rates provided below are available Sunday 5 June to Wednesday 8 June and available only if booked through your conference registration   
• Accommodation is available to book until Wednesday 4 May (or until the hotel selection is full)
• Accommodation may be available to book from Thursday 5 May however hotel availability and conference rate are not guaranteed
• To confirm an accommodation booking full prepayment and a valid credit card guarantee is required
• Please ensure you have read the hotel terms and conditions including cancellation policy prior to confirming a booking
  
• Accommodation rates include one full buffet breakfast
