The Mine Electrical Safety Association (MESA) is celebrating the 30th year of the Mine Electrical Safety Conferences (MESC). The 2019 conference will be held from Monday 3 - Wednesday 5 June 2019 at the Pullman and Mercure Brisbane King George Square.
From humble beginnings at the first conference (which was held at Blackwater mine in central Queensland with just a handful of delegates), this event is now the premier Electrical Mining Safety Conference in Queensland and a must-attend event. The conference brings together government departments, consultants, suppliers and key industry decision makers within the electrical field to hear technical presentations on all matters relating to electrical safety within the mining industry.
The ever-popular trade exhibition, held in conjunction with the conference, provides benefits for delegates and for exhibitors. The exhibition continues to grow every year and, with 2019 being an anniversary year, all booths have been booked.

2019 Exhibition Floor Plan
To celebrate the 30th year, the MESA Committee is changing the layout and style of the exhibition. In 2019, booth placement is changed to previous conferences and, instead of the backing board and trestle table, we provide exhibitors with a new professional look of a white shell scheme (2m x 2m).
