For 33 years, the Mine Electrical Safety Conference (MESC) in Queensland has been the premier mine electrical safety conference in Australia, and places are always in hot demand.
2023 brought attendees, sponsors and exhibitors together for another year. The conference has grown so much that the venue location changed to Sofitel Brisbane Central.
Hosted by the Mine Electrical Safety Association (MESA), the conference was a great opportunity to learn and network among some of the most knowledgeable people in Australia on mining and quarry safety. It was also an opportunity for you to contribute to the direction of mine electrical safety within the industry.
The MESC is an important event and brings together government departments, consultants, suppliers and key industry decision makers to hear technical presentations on all matters relating to electrical safety within the mining industry. The technical programme identifies areas of improvement and innovations for electrical safety, along with providing information and learnings to help improve safety and productivity.
The Mine Electrical Safety Conference allows MESA to provide professional development and education to improve workplace safety and reduce harm.
Conference Date: 5 - 7 June 2023
